摘　　要：实施西部大开发战略 ,合理生产力布局 ,对于全国经济结构战略性调整 ,促进地区经济协调发展 ,具有重大而深远的战略意义 :不仅能够扭转改革开放以来我国生产力布局向东部沿海地区集中的态势 ,改变我国生产力布局严重不均衡的状况 ,而且能再次实现生产力布局大的空间转移 ,缩小区域经济差距 ,使我国区域间形成发挥优势、各展所长、分工合理、协调发展的格局。Implementing the strategy of developing Western China and rationalizing the distribution of productive forces are of significant and profound strategic importance to the strategic adjustment of the national economic structure and the coordinated development of regional economies: they can not only reverse the concentration of productive forces in the East and change the severe disequilibrium in the distribution of the Chinese productive forces, but also shift the distribution of productive forces again, reduce regional economic gap and help form a pattern among different regions of full play of advantages, rational division of labor and coordinated development.
