摘　　要：该文介绍了一种数据库管理信息系统的系统分析和系统设计的开发方法论———EIIS开发方法论。并以武汉市计划生育综合信息管理系统为例,阐述了该方法的应用。This article introduces a development method theory of system analysis and system design of database management in formation system:EIIS development method theory.And taking Wuhan Family Planning Information System for example,it expounds the application of the method.
