摘　　要：分析了目前计算机网络安全现状及各种信息安全处理手段存在的问题 ,提出了建立信息安全保障体系的软硬件规划策略 。Analyzes the security situation of computer network and the problems in handling information security,brings up the strategy of soft-hardware programming to establish the guaranty system of information security, and gives the homologous design project of hardware.
