摘　　要：简要介绍了相似元原理 ,提出了基于相似元的工序相似性分析与评判方法 ,研究了工序相似性分析在统计质量控制中的应用 。This article discusses a basic principle of similarity analysis at first. And then it proposes an estimating method of similarity degree between the processes, which is based on the principle of similarity cell. The steps of its application in SPC is introduced, and an example is given in the article. It is shown that this method is very suitable for the multi\|specification and small batch production.
