摘　　要：深入研究分配决策的理论体系 ,对分配问题进行了科学定义 ,在对分配问题分类的基础上 ,建立了各类分配问题的数学模型。同时指出 ,公理化决策方法是经济学与决策理论交叉学科的一个前沿分支 ,是解决分配问题的根本途径 ,并对公理化研究的主要特征。The distribution decision theory is studied. A rigorous definition and a new classification of distribution are put forward, and the mathematic description of the distribution models is given. As the intersectional branch of the economics and the decision theory, the axiomatic analysis is shown to be the essential way to solve the distribution problems. The characteristics and the contents of the axiomatic analysis are discussed in detail.
