摘　　要：实验研究中国文化环境下 ,成年人面对面口头群体成员年龄对于想法产生类任务群体决策的影响。实验分等大小和不等大小 2阶段 ,实验主体分为平均年龄 2 1岁、32岁和 4 3岁 3种情况。结果表明 ,群体产出方案数量随其成员年龄增加而下降 。The effect of adult age of face to face oral group members on the idea engendering task group′s decision making in the Chinese cultural environment is investigated. The experiment is divided into2phaseswhicheachhasequalscale and unequal scale respectively. The participants of the experimentisdividedinto3instances which each owns average age of 21,32 and 43 respectively.The resultshowsthattheamount of projects founded by group decreases with the increasing of members′age, while the quality increases.
