摘  要:首次合成了一种新型的蓝色电致发光材料———联苯乙烯衍生物 4,4′ 双 [2 ,2 (1 萘基 ,苯基 ) ]苯乙烯基 ) 1,1′ 联苯(NPVBi) ,由于材料有较高的玻璃化转变温度 ,使它具有较好的热稳定性。制备了结构为ITO/TPD/NPVBi/Alq/LiF/Al的电致发光器件 ,研究了其电致发光性质 ,得到了色纯度较好的蓝色发光。特别是器件在不同的工作电流下 ,色坐标基本不变 ,色度相当稳定。研究表明NPVBi有望成为一种良好的蓝色发光材料。A novel blue electroluminescent material, distyrylarylene(DSA) derivative, 4,4′ bis[2,2 (1 naphthyl,phenyl)vinyl] 1,1′ biphenyl(NPVBi) was designed and synthesized for the first time. The DSA derivative showed better thermal stability because of its high glass transition temperature. A blue organic light emitting diode(OLED) with the structure ITO/TPD/NPVBi/Alq/LiF/Al was studied. The EL spectrum of the OLED exhibits that light emission originates from NPVBi with a peak at 460nm, and its CIE corrdinates were x =0.16, y =0.15, showing a very good blue purity. In particular, the CIE corrdinates of the OLED can keep better stability all the time under different current density. So that the novel DSA derivative was expectable as a new candidate for blue light emitter in organic light emitting diodes.
