摘　　要：介绍了新蒸汽换热器的管板制作、管子 -管板焊接及胀接、氨检漏试验、局部热处理、表面处理等主要制造技术和相关的技术要求 ,同时还介绍了新蒸汽换热器特殊的管束组装工艺 。The main manufacturing technology of live steam reheater was summarized comprehensively, and the technological requirements of these manufacturing were also described.The process such as tubeplate depositing?holes drilling, seal welding,ammonia leaking & expending of tube to tubeplate, local heat treatment on welding of tubeplate to header shell, and surfaces treatments, etc, had been expounded briefly in this paper.The practice experience of tubenest assembling were introduced.
