摘　　要：介绍了CYGNAL公司的C8051F02x系列单片机,总结了80C51系列的发展历史犤1犦,可以看出单片机的3次技术飞跃。第一次飞跃是以Philips公司为主力,将以“单片微型计算机”形态的MCS-51系列迅速推进到80C51的MCU时代,形成了可满足各种嵌入式应用要求的单片机系列产品;第二次飞跃则是ATMEL公司以先进的FLASHROM技术推出AT89CXX系列形成的引领单片机的FLASHROM潮流;而当前CYGNAL公司推出的C8051Fxxx系列则是将80C51系列从MCU推向SOC时代的第三次飞跃。The CYGNAL's C8051F02x series MCU is introduced in this paper.The de-velopment history of8051series MCU1has been summarised,which shows the three great technological leaps in the MCU.The first one was led by Philips,pushed the MCS-51series formed by″Single Chip Micro-computer″to the80C51MCU,which re-sulted in a series of products which can satisfied many kinds of embedded application need.The second is the FLASH ROM tide to lead the MCU development by ATMEL company with its advanced AT89CXX series FLASH ROM technology.But the C8051Fxxx series developed by CYGNAL company will be the third leap from MCU to SOC times.
