摘  要:阴极铜生产厂生产工艺中需要消耗大量的低压蒸汽,无论是热网集中供热还是自备锅炉供热,通常都存在蒸汽的压力富裕。利用减压阀降压将造成蒸汽有用能的损失,而通过背压式汽轮机降压带动汽轮发电机发电是利用蒸汽有用能的最佳途径。该文结合上海冶炼厂1000kW余热发电机组的运行实践,列举了余热发电明显的节能效益和经济效益,并且提出了提高余热发电经济效益的若干建议。A large volume of low pressure vapor is consumed in copper cathode plants.A superfluous pressure always exists both in the heat supply network and the heat supply system with selfsupply boilers.If a pressure reducing valve is used to reduce the pressure,the useful energy of the vapor will be wasted.The best way of using the useful energy is to use back pressure turbines to reduce the pressure and generate electricity.Based on the practice of the 1000 kW power generating unit of Shanghai Smelter,this paper lists the power saving effect and economic effect of electricity generation with superfluous pressure of vapor and proposes ways to improve such an economic effect.
