摘　　要：叙述了真空冶金的发展及目前所采用的各种真空冶金方法 ,讨论了真空冶金的特点及几种主要真空冶金方法的自身特点及应用 ,分析了真空冶金方法及设备的发展动态 ,讨论了新材料制备工艺方法的选择 。In this paper all kinds of the methods and the development of vacuum metallurgy are narrated. The characteristics of vacuum metallurgy are also discussed. The development and the applications of some major melting methods are explained. The future directions of vacuum metallurgy and equipment are proposed. The selection of the methods for melting new materials is summarized. Some data about superalloys and special steels are compared preliminarily.
