摘  要:为提高真空热处理技术的应用 ,我所进行真空脉冲渗氮设备的研制及真空脉冲工艺的研究。研究表明 ,利用真空热处理技术 ,进行脉冲渗氮 ,使渗氮后工件表面脆性小 ,渗氮层均匀 ,而且无公害 ,同时模具的寿命提高 1~ 2倍 。To enhance the application of the vacuum heat treatment technology, the research on the equipment and the technique of the vacuum pulse nitrogen infiltration has been carried out in the Shanghai Institute of Machine Building Technology. The research shows that we can take advantage of the technology of the vacuum heat treatment to soak nitrogen into workpiece. Then the brittleness of the workpiece surface gets very small, the layer of the nitrogen infiltration becomes homogeneous, and it is innoxious to the ambiance. The using longevity of dies increases by 1~2 times as compared with that one before, and it has brought us benefit.
