摘　　要：简要介绍了 CMH系列多功能真空热处理专用清洗机的结构和功能特点 ,对使用的工艺条件 (清洗剂种类、浓度、温度、周期时间等 )进行了试验对比。 CMH真空热处理专用清洗机采用水基金属清洗剂 ,集浸液强力搅拌、高压喷淋清洗和电热烘干为一体 ,结构紧凑 ,与真空炉的进出炉操作有机衔接 ,实用、高效、可靠。经工业性多用途用户的使用 ,清洗效率高 。The characteristics of structures and functions of the CHM series multi function cleaning equipment for vacuum heat treatment are concisely introduced in the paper. The cleaning processing conditions, the selections and the concentration of detergents in water, the temperature and the cycle time of the cleaning and so on have been investigated. The CMH cleaning installations with strong force stirring in washing and rinsing tanks, high pressure spraying cleaning and drying are not only compact in structures, but also practical, high in efficiency, easy handling and reliable. And they could organically coordinate with operation of vacuum heat treatment processing. Their high efficiency and good results are testified by many customers in multi uses of heat treating occasions.
