摘　　要：首先探讨了制造型企业现行质量信息管理中通常存在的问题,在此基础上论证了制造业对CIMS/CAQ的需求,指出了对企业现行质量信息体系进行BPR再造、理顺其质量信息流、并建立起合理的质量信息处理流程是建立企业CIMS/CAQ的核心内容之一,最后给出了制造型企业质量信息流及其处理流程的一般框架模式。In this paper the general problems in current quality information management for manufacturing industry are explored. On this basis the requirement of manufacturing industry for CIMS/CAQ is demonstrated. One of the core contents of establishing enterprise CIMS/CAQ is pointed out, namely, to reprocess enterprise quality information system, to management the quality information flow and to build reasonable processing flow for quality information. The general framework of quality information flow and its processing flow for manufacturing enterprise are provided.
