摘  要:接触疲劳破坏是齿轮的主要失效形式之一 .在 4 5 #钢齿轮齿面电沉积 Ni- P- Co合金层 ,可以显著提高其接触疲劳强度 .同时 ,对合金层的表面形貌 ,表面粗糙度、显微硬度和疲劳点蚀坑形貌特征等进行了分析 .Contact fatigue failure is one of the failure type for steel gear. This paper researched the contact fatigue strength of Ni-P-Co alloy coating on surface of gears made from 45# steel. Several studies on the alloying coating, such as surface shape, surface roughness, micro-hardness and shape characteristic of fatigue pitting hole were carried out. The experimental results were analyzed and conclusion was as follows: contact fatigue life and strength of steel gears with Ni-P-Co alloy coating and air-cooling after heat-treatment with temperature of 450 ℃ are increased remarkably.
