摘　　要：随着我国航运事业的日益发展 ,船舶对海洋造成的污染也日益严重。根据实际的需要研究开发了一个集声音、图像和文本等多种媒体信息输入、显示、查询和处理于一体的多媒体计算机船舶防止海洋污染的专家系统。该专家系统将实现故障诊断、故障处理、设备管理、运行工况优化、教育咨询等功能 ,对船务公司的机务部门管理所有船舶的防污染设备有重要的现实意义。With the development of the shipping business,the pollution produced by ships is becoming more and more serious.According to the actual needs,the author researches and develops a multimedia expert system system system for ships to prevent the pollution of oceans by ships which can combines information input,display.inquiry and proceeding in one by integrating sound,image and text together.The expert system will realize failure diagnosis,failure processing,facility management,run condition optimizing and education consultalion etc.Such an expert system which is very important to prevent the pollution of oceans by ships can be used by the engineering department of shipping company.
