摘　　要：在Cu2 + 、Cd2 + 和Zn2 + 的作用下 ,三角褐指藻 (PhaeodactylumtricornutumBohlin)、湛江叉鞭藻 (DicrateriaZhanjiangensisHu)、绿色巴夫藻 (PavlovaviridisTseng,ChenetZhangsp.nov.)、青岛大扁藻 (Platymonashelgolandicavar .TsingtaoensisTsengetT .J.Chang)、小球藻 (Chlorellasp .)等单细胞藻酯酶基因表达发生明显的变化 .受高浓度的Cu2 + 胁迫时三角褐指藻的Est 3座位的a基因 ,受中等浓度Cd2 + 胁迫时的湛江叉鞭藻的Est 3座位的b基因 ,受低等浓度Cd2 + 胁迫时的绿色巴夫藻的Est 1座位的a、b两个基因 ,受高浓度Zn2 + 胁迫时绿色巴夫藻Est 1座位的b基因 ,受高浓度Cd2 + 胁迫时青岛大扁藻的Est 2座位的c基因 ,受Cu2 + 胁迫时小球藻的Est 1座位的b基因 ,受中低浓度的Cd2 + 、Zn2 + 和低浓度的Cu2 + 胁迫时小球藻的Est 2座位的b基因等基因的表达明显增强 .而绝大部分位点的基因表达受 3种离子的抑制 .图 5表 5参This paper reports the obvious changes of esterase gene expression and regulation of some microalage in toxicity of Cd 2+ ,Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ , including Phaeodactylum tricornutum Bohlin, Dicrateria Zhanjiangensis Hu, Pavlova viridis Tseng, Chen et Zhang sp. nov., Platymonas helgolandica var. Tsingtaoensis Tseng et T.J. Chang and Chlorella sp. The gene expression increases under coercion of different concentrations of Cd 2+ , Cu 2+ and Zn 2+ , such as, the Est 3 a locus of Phaeodactylum tricornutum in high concentrations of Cu 2+ , the Est 3 b locus of Dicrateria Zhanjiangensis in mid concentrations of Cd 2+ , the Est 1 a, b locus of Pavlova viridis in low concentrations of Cd 2+ , the Est 1 b locus of Pavlova viridis in high concentrations of Zn 2+ , the Est 2 c locus of Platymonas helgolandica var. in high concentrations of Cd 2+ , the Est 1 b locus of Chlorella sp. in Cu 2+ , the Est 2 b locus of Chlorella sp. in middle and low concentrations of Cd 2+ and Zn 2+ , low concentrations of Cu 2+ .
