面向未来发展的铁路信息资源规划研究

摘　　要：目前铁路信息化建设中存在着信息资源重复建设、难共享、分布不合理以及内容质量差等诸多问题。本文结合对铁路信息资源的现状分析 ,借助先进的信息网络技术 ,提出铁路信息资源规划框架 ,从全路的角度来考虑信息资源的合理分布 ,统筹考虑信息交互接口 ,方便信息资源的共享和有效利用 ,而且面向辅助决策和 Inter-net服务的需要 ,加强以数据仓库和 WEB数据为代表的信息资源质量建设 。There still exist many problems in the construction of railway's information resources. such as the repeat construction of information resources, difficult shared, illogical distribution and low quality contents, etc. This paper gives a careful analysis about the existing situation of railway's information resources and puts forward one new layout. It considers the logical distribution and the interface of information resources at the angle of whole railway for good sharing and efficient use by means of advanced information and network technology, but also enhances the quality construction of information resources representative by Data Warehouse and Web Database to meet the needs of assistant decision and Internet service. This will provide good proposals in market economic environment and network society for railway's further development.
