摘  要:对硬杂木制取磺化化机浆的适应性进行了研究。结果表明,水曲柳制取SCMP的适应性优于柞木,在实验条件下,除了白度以外,可以制得质量与杨木和桦木相当的SCMP。适当强化磺化处理的条件,可用柞木制取裂断长达3.5km以上的SCMP,且具有较高的不透明度;水曲柳和柞木SCMP白度较低,但具有较好的可漂性,分别用1%和2%的H2O2,就可以使二者的白度达到50%以上。The adaptabilities of Quercus and Manchurian ash for SCMP production and mixed hardwoods for APMP were studied.The results showed that the Quercus SCMP with sulphonate content of0.95%,yield of83%,brightness of32.5%SBD,beating degree of52.0°SR and breaking length of3.75km could be obtained under the conditions of the charge of Na 2 SO 3 was30%,the max.temperature was160℃,and the time at max.temperature was60min.The brightness of the pulp could be increased to50.2%by bleaching with the H 2 O 2 charge of2%.The Manchurian ash SCMP with sulphonate content of1.11%,yield of90.6%,brightness of43.3%SBD,beating degree of50.6°SR and breaking length of4.01km could be obtained under the conditions of the charge of Na 2 SO 3 was25%,the max.temperature was160℃,and the time at max.temperature was40min.The brightness of the Manchurian ash SCMP could be increased to51.6%SBD by bleaching with1%H 2 O 2 .APMP of mixed hardwoods with the yield of76.51%,brightness of68.1%SBD,breaking length of3.44km and tear index of4.76mN·m 2 /g could be produced under the following impregnation pretreatment conditions:1st stage impregnation:NaOH3%,H 2 O 2 2%,EDTA0.1%,Na 2 SiO 3 2%,MgSO 4 0.05%,consistency27%,70℃,40min;2nd stage impregnation:NaOH4%,H 2 O 2 2%,EDTA0.1%,Na 2 SiO 3 4%,MgSO40.05%,consistency27%,70℃,45min.
