摘　　要：目的　了解水飞蓟宾 -磷脂酰胆碱复合物 (SLC)的急性毒性资料 ,为亚急性毒性、致突变试验及临床应用剂量提供依据。方法　将小白鼠随机分组 ,按不同的剂量、相同的容积以灌胃的方式给药 ,记录结果 ,计算LD50 值和 95 %的平均可信限。结果　用SLC给小鼠灌胃给药的LD50 值为 4 4 0 6 .0mg·kg-1,其 95 %可信限为 4 4 0 6 .0± 193.8mg·kg-1。结论　实验测得的SLC对小鼠经灌胃方式给药的LD50 值很大 。Objective To find out the data of acute toxicity of silybin-lecithin compound (SLC) to provide a suitable quantity for subacute toxicity testing,mutagen testing and to evaluate safety of clinical application .Methods Mice were grouped randomly, and SLC was given with various quantity and identical volume by gastric lumen perfusion, LD 50 and 95% confidence limit were measured and figured out and recorded.Results Administration by gastric lumen perfusion,the SLC LD 50 was 4406.0?mg·kg -1 and it's 95% confidence limit was 4406.0±193.8?mg·kg -1 .Conclusions The LD 50 of SLC can be given orally in a high dose, therefore its toxicity is very limited.
