摘  要:目的 探讨孕鼠铅染毒对其仔鼠脑发育及脑组织蛋白质、丙二醛 (MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法 采用腹腔注射方式于大鼠妊娠第 13、 16、 19天进行醋酸铅染毒 ,每次腹腔注射 5 ,2 0 ,4 0mg/kg(低、中、高剂量组 ) ,仔鼠出生后第 1天称窝重及脑重 ,并测定脑组织蛋白质、MDA含量与SOD活力。结果 孕鼠铅染毒降低仔鼠窝平均体重及脑重 ;随染铅剂量的增加 ,仔鼠脑组织蛋白质含量及SOD活力降低 ,MDA含量升高 ,均呈明显的剂量 -效应关系。结论 孕期铅暴露对仔鼠脑发育的影响与铅引起脑组织MDA含量增高及SOD活力降低有关。Objective To investigate the effects of lead on the brain development,protein level, malondial dehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in offsprings brain.Methods Rats were treated with lead acetate by intraperitoneal injection at the 13 th ,16 th and 19 th day after gestation with a dosage of 5,20, 40 mg/kg respectively.The brood weights and brain weights were weighed after rats birth .Levels of protein and activities of MDA and SOD in the brain of newborn rats were determined.Results Lead exposure of pregnant rats reduced the brain weight and average brood weight.As the dosage of the lead exposure increased,the protein content and the activity of SOD in offspring brain decreased,while the level of MDA elevated.The changes showed dose dependent correlation with the dosage of lead exposure.Conclusions The effects of lead exposure of pregnant rats on the brain development of their offspring are associated with the increase of the levels of MDA and decrease of the activity of SOD in the brain.
