噪声对作业工人神经行为功能的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨噪声对作业工人神经行为功能的影响。方法　单盲法。结果　作业工人在噪声强度为 (85 .87± 4 .75)dB(A)的环境下工作 ,在未出现明显听力损伤时 ,与对照组比较 ,在情感状态、数字跨度、Beton视觉保留、目标追踪Ⅱ四项测试项目上差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1或P <0 .0 5)。结论　噪声对作业工人神经行为功能的影响主要表现在情感状态及短时听记忆力、视感知 -短时记忆力和心理运动速度 -稳定性方面 。Objective To Discuss the influnces on neurobehavioral function of noise-exposed workers. Methods Singal-blinded investigation. Results The neurobehavioral functions of exposed group such as Mood state,Digit span,Beton visual retension and Pursuit Aiming Test Ⅱhad been significantly changed compared with the control group. Conclusion It suggested that the effects of noise on worker's neurobehavioral functions are the descending of mood state,the auditory capacity,the memory and visual perception,the phychological movement speed and stability,changes of neurobehavioral function could be regarded as the early exposed indexes of the noise effects.
