摘　　要：目的　介绍微创技术在心血管外科手术中应用的经验。方法　左后外小切口胸膜外动脉导管结扎术12例 ;非体外循环下冠状动脉搭桥术 10例 ;右前外小切口心脏跳动下房间隔缺损修补术 15例 ;正中切口心脏跳动下房间隔修补术、动脉导管缝闭术 13例 ;正中“1”形小切口先天性畸形矫治术 11例。结果　手术成功率 10 0 % ,无残余分流等并发症 ,住院时间明显缩短 ,住院费用明显减少。结论　微创心血管外科手术安全、效果好、创伤小、费用低 ,应予提倡。Objective:To introduce the experiences of the application of minimally invasive techniques in cardiovascular surgery procedure.Methods Twelve cases were underwert ligation of PDA through lefe posterolateral small thoractomy;off pump CABG in 10 cases;repair of ASD with non heart arrest through right anterolateral small thoractomy in 15 cases;repair of ASD and closure of PAD with non heart arrest through median sternotomy in 13 cases;correction of congenital abnormality through median'1'stemotomy in 11 caese.Result There were no operative deaths.There were no residual and complication associatal with minimally invasive technigues.Hospitalization is shorten and the expenses of hospitalization were reduced obviously than the tradition surgery methods.Conclusions The minimally invasive techniques shall be recommended because of its a safe?good results?minimal trauma and less expenses.
