鱼腥草注射液治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察鱼腥草注射液对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法:治疗组30例用鱼腥草注射液静脉滴注配合球结膜下注射及局部点眼;对照组28例用无环鸟苷注射液静脉滴注配合局部点眼。随访1～2年,平均为15个月。结果:治疗有效者治疗组28例,对照组20例,两组间差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。平均治愈天数治疗组(18.12±2.51天)少于对照组(21.54±2.38天)(P<0.01)。治疗组随访25例,复发2例;对照组随访15例,复发5例(P<0.05)。结论:鱼腥草注射液静脉注射配合局部用药,对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎有缩短疗程、预防和减少复发的作用。To observe the curative effect of yuxingcao injections in treatment of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis. Methods: Thirty cases of treatment group were treated with yuxingcao injections intravenous drip together with subconjunctival injection and topical instillation. Twenty-eight cases of control group were treated with acyclovir injections intravenous drip together with topical instillation. The follow up periods ranged from 1 to 2 years with average period 15 months. Results: Effective cases of treatment group were 28 and 20 cases were effective in the control group. There was a statistically significance between two groups (P < 0.05 ) , the average curative days of treatment group are shorten to that of control group ( P < 0.01) . Among 25 cases followed up 2 cases recurred in treatment group and 5 of 15 cases followed up recurred in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Yuxingcao injections intravenous drip together with subconjunctival injection and topical instillation may reduce the curative time and recurrence of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis.
