摘　　要：目的　寻求幽门螺杆菌Hp感染的诊断和治疗方法。方法　应用空肠变曲菌选择培养基对胃镜取出的胃粘膜组织进行了Hp培养及细菌学检查,并用该菌免疫羊,制备了高效价的抗Hp抗体。结果　经琼脂免疫双扩散法检测,羊血效价为1:32,羊奶效价为1:16。结论　幽门螺杆菌的培养和高效价抗Hp抗体制备,为Hp感染的实验诊断和临床的特异性治疗开辟了美好的前景。Objective Search for diagnostic and therapy method of Hp infection. Methods Cultivate the Helicobacter pylori (Hp) from the gastric mucous menbrane tissue obtained using gastrosopy operation in the selective medium for Campylobacter jejuniand then morphologic diagnostic method used. High titer antibosy to Hp obtained after immunizing the sheep with the Hp . Results Using the double gel diffusion test, the titer of antibody antibody in sheep blood is 1: 32, while in sheep milk is 1:16. Conclusion The cultivation of Hp and its high titer antibody pereparation open up a prosperous way to the laboratory diagnosis and clinical specific therapy.
