摘　　要：本文首先介绍了第三代移动通信系统空中接口安全的实现机制及对相应算法的需求 ,然后结合我国商用密码管理的相关政策 ,重点讨论了空中接口安全机制国内应用所面对的问题和可能的解决途径。In this paper, the security mechanism and the requirement of the corresponding algorithms on 3G system air_interface are introduced. Then based on the related regulation for development and application of China commercial cipher technology, the actual problems and the possible solutions for the application of air_interface security in China are mainly discussed.
