42英寸薄形彩色多电子枪显像管的设计

摘　　要：多电子枪彩色显像管为实现大屏幕扁平CRT提供了一种可能 ,这种方案的关键问题之一是玻壳的形状和强度计算。本设计实现了玻屏表面外形和曲率变化及玻壳结构设计的全参数化 ,提高了玻壳的设计效率。计算机仿真结果表明 :4 2英寸 9电子枪彩管的玻壳既能满足强度要求 ,又具有好的观感形状。A multi-gun color CRT can make the realization of large screen thin CRT into possible.The key of this proposal is to determine the structure of the glass bulb and calculate its strength.The parameterized methods are used to design the glass bulb structure,such as surface form,curavture variety.The design efficiency of glass bulb is greatly improved.Our computer simulation results show that the structure of the glass bulb designed for a 42-inch nine-gun color CRT can satisfy strength requirements as well as the surface form.
