摘　　要：郑玄出生在东汉末年 ,受当时学术风气的影响 ,他既深得古文经学派的精髓 ,又能超脱派别之见 ,兼采今文学派的优长 ,把今古文融为一体 ,遍注群经。郑玄整理图书的方法是 :备至多本 ,择善而从 ;审校舛讹 ,精心校勘 ;条理经书 ,普加注说 ;叙次篇目 ,重新写定 ;辨章六艺 。ZhengXuan was born in the late year of Easthan Dynasty,in the fluence of academic custom in that days,he not only knew the elite of science of classics faction in ancient culture,but could surpass unconventional opinion of other faction At the same time his theories had the advantage of art science groups,and mix the ancient and today's culture together,note a group of classics popularly The way of ZhengXuan sorting out the classical books is that he prepared many books and chose the good ones;checked against the bad,collated carefully;arranged the LiShu,add the note and the explanation popularly;related the second title,rewrote the difference of the Six Art,stated the style and usuage The achievement of ZhengXuan sorting out the classical books lie in mang ways
