摘　　要：当今大科学时代 ,高科技已渗透到社会各个领域 ,负面效应也表现得越来越突出 ,科学的价值不再中立。为此 ,科技工作者的社会责任日益提上日程。本文着重分析了科技工作者社会责任何以可能及其影响因素 ,提出了关于加强科技工作者社会责任的相应对策。At the present-day of big science,the high science and techno1ogy have already penetrated into every field of society. But the negative effects of the high science and techno1ogy become more and more serious.Science is not value-neutral.For these reasons,the social responsibility of scientists and techno1ogists has been increasingly put into a focus of discussion.In the paper I analyze the possibility of the social responsibility of scientists and technologists and the factors of the influence.The measures are put forward about strengthening the social responsibility of scientists and technologists.
