摘　　要：介绍了某 6层砖混结构房屋顶升纠偏的整个过程及其中的一些关键技术 ,包括可拆卸式托换体系的托换方法、顶升系统的布置、顶升监测与控制。工程所取得的成果和经验可供其它顶升纠偏工程参考。The entire process and some critical steps in the jack lifting and leaning rectification project of a six storied dormitory building are presented,including the underpinning way of the departable underpinning system,the layout of the jack lifting system,and the inspecting and measuring in this project.The results and experience from this project can be the references of other jack lifting and leaning rectification projects.
