摘　　要：由于城市在国民经济中的地位越来越重要 ,保证城市安全成为实现经济发展、社会稳定的重要因素。而中国许多重要城市都受到洪水威胁 ,一旦发生洪灾后果将不堪设想。通过剖析城市防洪工作中的不足 ,对比国外一些城市在防洪方面的成功经验 。Due to the important role of city in national economy,it becomes necessary factors to ensure the safe of city and society stability.However,many metropolises are faced with the threatening of the flood and the results are beyond imagination if flood disaster occurs.This paper is compared to some successful experiences in flood-control with cities in foreign counties and puts forward strategy and suggestion in flood-control project construction by means of analyzing shortcomings in our country.
