摘　　要：脂质体作为药物载体的研究 ,已取得了重大进展。由于脂质体具有能使药物具有靶向性 ,可提高和延长疗效、缓和毒性、避免耐药性和改变给药途径等特点 ,使它不仅作为一种新剂型应用于疾病的治疗和诊断中 ,而且在生物物理、生物化学。Great achievement has been acquired by research of liposome as medicament carrier.The liposome medication has many properties of targeting drug delivery,such as enhancing therapy result,alleciating toxicity,avoiding anti-drug,altering route and so on. It is not only applied to therapy and diagnose of illness as a new preparation type,but also applied to many domain,such as biophysics,biochemistry,immunity research and immunity diagnose.
