试论冷战后世界政党政治的新变化

摘　　要：世纪之交的世界政党政治较冷战结束前政党政治在政党格局、意识形态等方面有诸多新变化。导致这些变化的原因有冷战冲击波、冷战结束后的政党困境、社会结构新变化、后物质主义价值观念形成以及经济全球化负效应等。随着经济全球化的进一步深化 ,世界政党政治区域化、国际化趋势将继续加强 ,政党政治的多元化、分散化倾向将更加明显 ,政党媒体化将继续改变着传统政党的运作方式和组织方式 ,世界政党领导人的年龄结构将呈现年轻化。s: The world party politics at the turn of the century has undergone great changes in aspects like party structure, ideology, and so forth, especially when compared with what we observed before cold war. The causes that led to such shifts can be concluded as follows: strikes left by cold war, parties dilemma after the end of cold war, the new looks of social structure, the shaping of post-materialism values, and the negative effects of economical globalization etc.. Along with the deepening of economic globalization, a series of trends will loom larger: the parallel intensifications of world party politics localization and globalization, the growth of pluralism in party politics, the increasing impact on traditional party politics operation and organization patterns when parties are being increasingly exposed to mass media, as well as the reduction of average age in party leaders.
