对我国企业集团立法中若干问题的探讨

摘　　要：企业集团在我国经济生活中已发挥越来越重要的作用 ,但立法的滞后却阻碍着企业集团的健康发展。本文对企业集团的概念、法律形式、企业集团的内部关系、外部关系等若干重要问题进行探讨 ,指出我国企业集团立法要借鉴他国先进的立法经验 。The enterprise group is playing a more and more important role in our economy, but the lagging legislation has hindered its healthy development. After discussion on such aspects as the concept of enterprise group, its legal form, the complexity of its internal and external relationships, the article points out that the Chinese legislation of enterprise group should draw on the advanced legislation of foreign countries and conform to the actual situation in China.
