摘　　要：目的 :分析梅毒螺旋体感染的检测结果 ,提醒临床目前对该病防治的重要性。方法 :梅毒筛选试验采用Trust法、确证试验采用TPPA法。严格按照试剂盒内所附说明书进行操作。结果 :梅素筛选试验阳性率27 7 % ,梅毒确证试验阳性率40 2 %。结论 :梅毒螺旋体的感染已较为普遍 。Objective:To analyse the results of examination of treponema pallidum infection,so as to remind the doctors at present to pay attention to the importance of prevention and treatment on this disease.Methods:The screening test of treponema pallidum was adapted with Trust method.The confirmatory test of treponema pallidum was adopted with TPPA method.The procddure was done according to the manual strictly.Results:The positive rate of screening test of treponema pallidum was 27 7%,the positive rate of confirmatory test was 40 2%?Conclusion:The infection of treponema pallidum is already widespread.It should not be neglected to prevent and treat this disease at the moment.
