摘　　要：目的 :探讨功能部位烧伤晚期肉芽创面修复的方法。方法 :1988年以来 ,对功能部位烧伤晚期肉芽创面 ,采用刮除肉芽组织 ,纤维板松解大张中厚皮片移植130例 ,202个部位。结果 :术后皮片全部成活 ,1年后随访 ,其功能及外观均很满意。结论Objective:To study the method of repairation for late burn granulation wound surface at functional region.Methods:Since 1988,the granulation tissue was scraped.then the wound surface was repaired with large aplit thickness skin flap of firoplate lysis for 130 cases(202 regions)with late burn granulation wound surface at functional region.Results:All the skin flaps survived completely after operation.The follow-up was done a year after operation.the function and outward appearance of these operative regions were very satisfactory.Conclusion:It can be comparatively satisfactory to solve the late burn wound surface at functional region with large fibroplate skin-graft. [
