摘 要:目的 介绍采用神经束内微电极 ,采集周围神经的电生理信号的动物模型。方法 对 12只家兔 ,在放大 10倍手术显微镜下将外部绝缘、直径为 60 μm的金属丝 (95 %铂、5 %铱合金 )直接插入其坐骨神经束中作为记录电极 ,神经束外用同样微电极为参考电极 ,远端连接肌电图仪。在神经束插入点近端及远端以钩状电极刺激 ,记录神经束电信号。结果 在 11只家兔后肢中成功地导出电信号 ,1只失败。分析导出的电信号其波形均具有运动及感觉神经动作电位的特征。结论 神经束内微电极可以稳定地记录到周围神经的电信号 。Objective To set up an animal model in harvesting the electrical signal of peripheral nerve by intrafascicular micro-electrodes. Methods Twelve rabbits were involved. Recording electrode fabricated from external insulated wire 60 μm in diameter ( 95% Pt-5% Ir alloy ) was inserted directly under operating microscope by 10X magnification into the fascicle of the sciatic nerve, while another similiar electrode was placed outside the fascicle as reference electrode. Both distal ends were connected with electromyogram. Stimulating with 2 hook electrodes at the proximal and distal points from the inserted electrode, the signal was recorded. Results Electrical signal was successfully recorded in 11 legs of rabbits, with failure in 1 case. The signals recorded had the characteristic of the motor or sensory nerve action potentials. Conclusions Intrafascicular micro-electrodes can record the electrical signal of peripheral nerve stably. It could serve as a method of harvesting and assessment for the electrical signal recording of peripheral nerve.
