摘　　要：通过对交通系统随机特性的分析 ,提出了一种较为符合实际情况的动态随机状态车辆导航新概念。据此 。Through an analysis of the transportation system, a new conception of vehicle piloting under random dynamic situation, which reflects the reality more accurately, is put forward. According to it, a set of algorithms for optimal routes, both matching the real situation and facilitating the solution of Braess's paradox is proposed.
