摘　　要：通过对建设项目质量管理实践及认识过程中某些误区的分析 ,列举了一些存在于工程建设项目中的“质量剩余”及“质量短缺”现象。提出了“项目合理质量”的概念 ,并给出其内涵 。Through the analysis of the misunderstanding existing in the project quality management and its explanation, the authors discuss some phenomena of 'quality surplus' and 'quality shortage' that occurred in the practice of construction project and puts forward the concepts of 'project reasonable quality' with its definitions, too. The related theory and its practical resolution of project reasonable quality are studied as well.
