修船企业内建立全程信用管理模式的方案探讨

摘　　要：在许多成功的管理模式中 ,信用管理都是其核心内容之一 ,它以获得市场竞争力、防范和减少信用风险、提高资金周转率、降低管理成本和获取最大利润为根本目标。在企业经营管理中全面贯彻一套成熟的信用管理方法和技术 ,掌握和运用这方面的管理技术 ,建立现代化的信用管理机制 ,将是解决企业面临的如合同履约率低、账款拖欠、三角债、贸易和金融欺诈等许多现实问题的根本途径之一。文中介绍了全程信用管理的模式 ,与大家共同探讨。Among so many successful managing models,the credit management is the nuclear one,whose essential goals are winning the marketing competition,on guarding and reducing the credit risk,raising the funds turnover rate,reducing the managing cost and gaining much profits,one of the effective ways to solve the problems that most enterprises are facing,such as low rate of keeping agreement,arrears of funds and credits,chains of debt and monetary swindle,is to set up a modern credit managing system and carry out the mature managing technique.In this paper,the author provide us with the all credit management model to probe.
