摘　　要：目前 ,我国综采工作面使用的采煤机有相当一部分是大功率液压牵引采煤机 ,而主泵是牵引部的心脏 ,质量不稳定、使用寿命短、漏油、漏油着火一直是国产液压牵引采煤机在使用过程中出现的主要问题 ,从而造成主泵失效。通过调研 ,进行了失效分析 。At present,the shearers used in our comprehensive mining face are in a great part high_powered hydraulic pressure draught shearer,in which the main pump is the heart of draught part.The main problem in using domestic hydraulic pressure draught shearer is unsteady quality,short life span,leakage of oil,and being on fire.As a result,these problems cause the pump to lose effectiveness.Through investigation,this paper conducts failure anlaysis and advances some rehab measures.
