摘　　要：本文通过大量的实验研究 ,针对企业的实际状况 ,以实验分析数据为基础 ,开发了全棉厚重织物的冷轧堆短流程工艺 ,对高温热碱处理及水洗进行了优化改进 ,有效地提高了半制品的各项质量指标 ,缩短了加工流程 。The pretreatment abbreviated system is the development trend of scouring and bleaching. Having made lots of experiments, and according to the current situation of the enterprises and the experiment datas, the paper developed the cold rolling abbreviated system of all cotton heavy fabric. It optimized the high tempreture alkali treatment and washing. improved the quality indexes of semi finished goods, shortened the production circulation and cut the production costs.
