摘　　要：叙述了天桥水电厂基建及生产经营情况 ,对天桥电厂险坝的由来以及投产以来编制过的除险及扩泄增容方案作了简要介绍。并对计划经济时期建成的水力发电厂 ,在生产经营、更新改造、扩建除险以及可持续发展方面作了探讨。It gives a brief introduction of the basic construction and production operational conaitions of Tianqiao Water Power Plant,origin of Tiaoqiao Power Plant's dangerous dam and all the schemes about enlarging flood discharging capacity and increasing water adjusting volume prepared since the plant was built during planning.As for the hydroelectric power plants that were built during planning economic period,It also makes discussion from some aspects as production operation,renovation and reconstruction,risk elimination and sustainable development etc.for reference.
