摘　　要：一体化是县级调度以及中小型地调今后的发展方向。文中介绍了基于统一支撑平台 ,集调度自动化、配电网自动化、电能量计费、电网分析软件、调度管理以及配电网管理于一体的新一代配网综合调度自动化系统 ON2 0 0 0。阐述了 ON2 0 0 0一体化的系统硬件组成结构、软件组织结构以及系统的总体设计构思 ,介绍了在 ON2 0 0 0一体化平台上实现的功能和技术特点。An integrated power automation system is the object of development of middle or little scale power automation monitor and control system. In this paper, ON2000, a new integrated power distribution and real time monitor control system based on a same platform, is proposed, which integrated with monitor control automation system, power distribution, electric network analysis system, distribution management system and so on. In the same time, the physical framework, software module structures, the main design idea, the key techniques, and some characteristics of ON2000 are discussed also.
