摘  要:经过系统的理论分析计算和多次试验 ,采用最新螺旋面钻头设计方法 ,以完善的制造工艺 ,利用合金钢和高速钢提高刚性和强度 ,研制了能满足高寒冷地区破冻煤层取煤样的螺旋钻头。该钻头能实现 -Through systematic theoritical analysis and calculation, as well as test of many times, an auger type drill bit for destroying frozen-layer to take coal sample in highly cold region has been developed at last by adopting design method of the newest auger-surface drill bit, combining with perfect manufacture technology, and using alloy steel and high-speed steel to enhance rigidity and solidity. The developed drill bit can be satisfactorily used to take sample from frozen coal layer under temperature of below -30℃?
