摘　　要：针对电力系统目前实行的操作管理制度及变电站综合自动化系统存在的缺点 ,提出了采用现场总线的微机综合操作系统的操作管理制度和硬件、软件的设计方案。In accordance with the existing management in power systems in China and considering the defects in the substation integrated automation, the computer integrated operation system is presented in the paper.Schemes of hardware and software are introduced.
