摘　　要：目前,国外许多著名的IC厂家都在大力开发低功耗、节能型单片开关电源集成电路。At present, lots of foreign famous IC producers are energetically developing the low consumption, energy-saving type single-chip switching power integrated circuits. The performance characteristics and operation principle of TEA1520 series single-chip switching power supply which Philips company produces newly is introduced.
