摘 要:用"奔者不禁"的礼制和习俗来证明先秦时期"结婚旅游"的"广泛存在"和"蔚然成风"是站不住脚的。从社会背景看,"奔者不禁"不过是原始群婚习俗的残余,是一种代表着以生殖机能为宗教的原始礼俗;从字词的历史含义来看,先秦时期的"奔"只表明女子在两性关系中的主动性和自主性,其意义完全不等同于后世的"私奔"。Untenable is the argument that tourism for marriage was a widelyexisting and common practice in the preQin Dynasty period.And the expression 'no ban on sexual relations' cannot serve of a piece of evidence to support the argument because,in view of social background,'no ban on sexual relations' was only the survival of the customs of primitive communal marriage,and,in terms of the original meaning of the expression,the character 'Ben' in the expression used to refer to women's initiative and voluntariness in the sexual relations,which is not equal to 'elopement'.
