摘　　要：加入WTO后 ,中国科技企业面临一次伟大的历史机遇和空前的挑战。如何把握机会和应对挑战 ,是每个科技企业都必须直面的难题。根据世贸规则 ,从中国科技企业面对的机遇和困难着眼 ,提出科技企业发展的八点对策 :制定核心竞争力优势战略 ;创新管理模式 ;加强技术创新 ;构建新型营销网络 ;引入风险投资 ;完善人力资源管理 ;塑造独特的企业文化 ;After China enters into WTO,technology companies will be faced with a great historical opportunity and unprecedented challenge.How to seize the opportunity and solve the challenge ? It is a question that every technology company has to think.According to WTO's demand for and focusing on the opportunity and the difficulty,the article offers eight countermeasures for technology companies,including:making core competitive strategy;innovate managing-model;innovating technology;building new style sale-network;absorbing venture capital;improving human resource;creating special enterprise culture and shifting government function.
