摘  要:对近年来传入中国的恶性农林杂草薇甘菊Mikaniamicrantha种子的萌发特性进行了研究。结果表明 :在 0 5~ 2cm深度的土壤中 ,随着土层深度的增加而萌发率下降 ,5cm下则没有种子萌发 ;刚成熟的种子萌发率不高 ,在室温 2 5℃下 2个月后达最高 ,而后随着时间的推延萌发率下降 ;薇甘菊种子萌发需要光 ,随着光照强度的增加 ,种子萌发率升高 ;在 5~ 10℃低温贮存条件下的种子比室温 2 5℃贮存的种子有更高的萌发率。Mikania micrantha is a exotic worst weed. A single plant of M micrantha can product a large number of seeds. The germination characteristics of Mikania micrantha were studied. The results showed that the main soil depth for seed emergence was 0 5~2 0 cm, the deeper the soil was, the lower the emergence percentage was. No seedling emerged from seeds located at 5 cm or deeper. The germination percentage of seeds stored for 2 months(25 ℃) was the largest. The germination percentage of seed decreased with the increasing storage time. The seeds of M micrantha were lightly sensitive. Light density can affect the seeds germination of M micrantha. With the increasing of light density, the percentage of germination increased. Germination percentage of seeds stored in low temperature (5~10 ℃) was higher than that of seeds stored in instant temperature.
